LeAnna Pearson is the Associate Director of Quality, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs in the Life with CAI and is based on the East Coast of the United States. LeAnna has almost two decades of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industry with expertise in the areas of Operational Leadership, Change Management, Project & Program Management, Audit Execution, Quality Assurance, Data Integrity, and Manufacturing. She is a strong team player with the ability to flex into other roles as needed to support the team. Having led change management and project operations for a global consulting firm as well as global clients, she has a demonstrated record of strong facilitation, and the proven ability to effectively manage all types of group dynamics. She has supported startup clients in their QA and QC needs, while also providing education and evaluation of changes in regulatory expectations. Her background in pharmaceutical engineering allows her to face client challenges, situations, and global cultural needs with effective and cost-conscious solutions. Mrs. Pearson’s experience has allowed her to flex into groups that required strategic development and guidance, and with proven success.
