We believe in providing curated opportunities for women leading validation to create greater equality, increase access to support to lead and empower women in all levels and roles within health and life sciences.

Membership 

From within your organization or your professional network find and nominate women that you think would benefit from the group and/or willing to share with the group their personal expertise and experiences.

KENX is actively looking for speakers and topics of interest for future events.

Become a KENX Member today. Members will have access to monthly webinars hosted by Industry thought leaders, peer reviewed content, access to tools including SOPs and savings on conferences & trainings.

Mentorship 

Mentor / Mentee relationships are key to growing a future together.

Mentoring relationships are win-win for both participants. For the mentee, it means gains insights and experiences from a seasoned person wanting to help you in your career or at your workplace. The mentor realizes personal fulfillment while supporting a mentee.

Become a Member

A sincere ‘thank you’ to everyone who has expressed interest in this initiative. Support – especially from our male allies – is critical to advancing the conversation and culture. However, as this new initiative gets established, it is important that we first foster a safe environment for our female colleagues to share their perspective and experience of current state and future opportunity. As a result, please note that the initial kick-off sessions are designated for women only.

This approach is not an attempt to exclude any voice, but rather, to create a uniquely safe space for voices that may not typically be shared. Ally support is critical to the broader work and future programming, so while initial gathering is limited to females, we all play an important role in our future state. We will continue to update you on opportunities to engage and contribute.  Thank you again to everyone who continues to express interest and energy around this important initiative.
