Refund policy — Describe under what conditions customers can receive a refund.

  • 0-14 Days Prior To Event Date:

No cancellations or refunds within 14 days from date of event. Event registration may be transferred to another party, or to an equivalent, future KENX event, minus a $100 transfer fee.

  • 15 Days or Greater Prior to Event Date:

Cancellations or refund requests must be received in writing or email (info@kenxwebdev.wpenginepowered.com).

Delivery policy — Describe how and where goods are shipped, and on what timeline.

  • All KENX conferences, workshops, trainings and other events are held virtually and dependent upon local and state guidelines may have an in-person element.  All events are to be held on the identified dates but are subject to new dates, if need be.
