Neal has been in multiple validation roles in the past 20 plus years. In addition to roles in Validation Neal has served as a Project Manager on a scale up and launch preparation for an Autoinjector COPD medication. Neal has also served on a Cost of Goods Reduction team with a goal of driving company profits through process and supply chain improvements. Neal recently managed the validation team through the scale up of an Adenovirus Covid Vaccine which entailed 2 fill lines, inspection equipment and a packaging suite in a tight timeline. Neal has led his companies Global Validation Forum and is a Global Functional Lead in Equipment Qualification.

Neal is PMP certified and is an adjunct professor lecturing on Pharma Manufacturing from Development through Monitoring. Neal has a BS from Xavier University and a MS in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from the Temple University School of Pharmacy.
