Michele Adelman

Michele brings a wealth of experience in a wide range of healthcare and fraud and abuse legal and compliance matters. She is currently Commercial Counsel at Biogen covering their portfolio of five multiple sclerosis therapies and served as Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory at Fresenius Medical Care North America covering their kidney care services and medical devices and pharmaceuticals focused on kidney disease. Prior to her in-house career, Michele was a partner at the law firm, Foley Hoag, as part of their white collar crime and government investigations group. She also brings extensive government experience from nearly a dozen years as a prosecutor serving as Deputy Criminal Bureau Chief at that Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Brooklyn, New York.
