Michael Sieve

Michael Sieve is a top-performing and results-driven Program Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt with broad based expertise in leading global enterprise wide initiatives focused on using new technology to improve business process, effectiveness, and end-user experience. Throughout the course of his career, Michael has worked with more than 75 Health and Life Science companies to digitize their software development practices to achieve Digital Validation, working with both CSV and CSA guidance. Michael has displayed exceptional skill in understanding of clients needs and desired solutions, and an ability to collaborate across multiple development teams. Michael is an Agile Chief Scrum Master and Product Owner and an expert in Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile Methodologies. For his education, he received a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems.
