Call for Papers

The Journal of AI & GxP invites professionals, researchers, and industry experts to share their insights and experiences on how digital and predictive technologies are shaping GxP-regulated environments. We welcome submissions that highlight real-world applications, best practices, lessons learned, and forward-looking ideas that connect innovation with compliance.

Topics of interest include:

  • Digital transformation in GMP, GLP, and GCP operations
  • Predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Automation, cloud systems, and advanced process control
  • Validation and lifecycle management of digital tools and platforms
  • Data integrity and governance in a digital environment
  • Case studies on AI technology implementation and compliance outcomes
  • Regulatory perspectives on emerging technologies such as AI/ML

Submission details:

  • Article types: Original papers, reviews, or case studies
  • Length: 1,000–1,200 words
  • Frequency: Rolling submissions accepted year-round

Instructions for submitting a manuscript

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Format: All manuscripts must be written in Arial, size 11, double space, and at the minimum 1” from the edges.
  • Title Page: Include title, author names, affiliations, and contact details for the corresponding author.
  • Abstract: Prepare a concise abstract (typically 150–250 words).
  • Keywords: Provide relevant keywords (4–6).
  • Sections: Ensure your manuscript includes sections not limited to Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
  • References: Format citations according to an official style guide (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago).
  • Length: Manuscript should be around 1000-1200 words and should not be more than 5 pages including figures and tables.

2. Figures and Tables

  • Quality: Ensure figures are high-resolution (typically 300 dpi) and tables are clearly formatted.
  • Labeling: Ensure all figures and tables are correctly numbered and referenced in the text.
  • Separate Files: Upload figures and tables as separate files if required by the journal.

3. Submission Process
