Zak is responsible for global aggregate spend tracking & transparency reporting, Compliance infrastructure & systems, and high-risk payment controls at Exact Sciences. He previously led a global Compliance Operations teams in the medical device industry, mostly focused on HCP interactions and 3rd party risk, and spent several years in Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud payment controls in the banking industry. His focus is now on building Compliance processes and systems commensurate with the growing and dynamic environment at Exact Sciences.
