With approximately 12 years of professional training, my research and industrial experiences cover a broad spectrum of areas in drug development, such as drug discovery, pre-formulation, formulation, processes (lyophilization and particle engineering), analytics, drug delivery, and PK/PD evaluation. I have experience working with a variety of drug modalities, including small molecules, peptides, proteins, gene therapy-related biotechnologies (e.g. oligonucleotides, mRNA, and DNA). I have expertise in formulation for parenteral injections and inhalations but am familiar with other dosage forms, such as topical and oral. I am highly skilled in analytical characterization techniques, such as liquid chromatography, particle sizing (nano-/mirco- particles in liquid/solid), microscopes, thermal analysis, gel analysis, and have hands-on experience in cell culture and animal work.
