– Bring academic rigor and industry experience from leading pharmas and research institutes to translate complex problems into scalable data and AI strategies.

Key Projects:
– Ontology and FAIR data consultant to the Danish Technical University (DTU) Biosustain/Novo Nordisk Foundation Biotechnology Research Institute for the Green Transition (BRIGHT), leading the design and technical implementation the PREcision FERmentation (PREFER) ontology.
– Lead author in the Cell Ontology update paper describing how the Cell Ontology has evolved to meet the needs of the sing-cell omics community.
