Shanna McGovern has 20+ years of experience in Drug Development, Process Development, Quality Control & Assurance, and is an expert on Computer Software Assurance (CSA).  She has contributed to over 1000 validations: test method, process, cleaning, instrument, equipment, local computer system, and large global enterprise computer system validations with data migration.  Shanna believes that building quality into the process and maintaining a quality mindset are critical for process efficiency and business continuity.  Her lean process and organizational change management strategies are frequently leveraged across projects and platforms to impact global organizational change.  Shanna is passionate about quality while assisting her clients with achieving their CSA project goals on-time or early.
