Rory Musil

Senior Director Engineering, Azzur Group

After 31 years working for Baxter-Baxalta-Shire-Takeda, Rory took an exciting new position working for the Azzur Group in Southern California. He is a Senior Director in the organization, providing technical direction in process and facility engineering design, commissioning, and qualification. His  last position before leaving Takeda was Head of Energy and Utilities, where he rolled out an new Global Energy program for Takeda/Shire. The Energy Program is designed to reduce energy and water consumption in support of the Corporate Sustainability goals, while also reducing utility operating costs. Identifying energy and water reduction projects while sharing information across the network are key components of the program.
