Roberto Rivera-Sampayo

Roberto Rivera-Sampayo is a Senior Director of Business Development at Mentor Technical Group, bringing over 20 years of engineering leadership experience across the regulated life sciences industry. He has led technical teams supporting process engineering, capital projects, maintenance and reliability, and asset management across pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology R&D environments, including complex multi-site programs. Roberto has driven major digital transformation initiatives that enhance asset management and operational excellence, including the launch and expansion of a laboratory asset management operation serving R&D and manufacturing sites across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. In his current role, he leads strategic growth initiatives, builds high-value client partnerships, and expands Mentor’s footprint across all business segments in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
