Paul Ham is a Senior Director for Vertex’s Office of Business Integrity & Ethics, supporting North America. Prior to Vertex, Paul served in corporate and healthcare compliance roles at Bioverativ/Sanofi, Biogen, and Sunovion, and as an attorney at DLA Piper. Before entering law, Paul developed software for Amazon.com, founded an online start-up, and taught middle school. As a pro bono attorney, Paul specializes in eviction defense and asylum cases. Paul graduated from Williams College (B.A., Sociology), Harvard University (Ed.M., International Education Policy), and Boston College (J.D.). He was born and raised in South Central PA, but now calls Brookline, MA, his home.
