Paul Bird has more than 20 years of Biologics drug substance manufacturing experience, including in Manufacturing, Engineering, Global Business Change and more recently the Quality Unit. Paul draws from a broad technical background and numerous years of project and operations experience. Paul completed post-graduate programs at London Business School and the University of Warwick, and a PhD from University College London in Biochemical Engineering. As Senior Director of Quality at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies’ UK site, Paul is accountable for achieving and maintaining new and existing facilities in a state of control.
