Mark is responsible for building the foundation for his company’s compliance program as it prepares for the launch and commercialization of its first product. Mark has almost 30 years’ experience in the life sciences industry as legal counsel and compliance professional. The focus of Mark’s career has been helping the companies he has worked at navigate their compliance responsibilities and obligations while still achieving their goals and objectives and managing risk to an acceptable level.  Mark has also served in global compliance roles and has extensive experience overseeing enterprise, affiliate and functional risk assessments and monitoring plans.  Mark is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
