Laura has leveraged her scientific and statistical expertise to drive innovation across biotechnology operations functions for the past 18 years. Laura began her career as a stability coordinator and decided to study statistics so that she could make stronger claims about stability decisions. Her statistical studies led to a broader career in CMC statistics where she has worked to determine specifications, evaluate comparability, develop analytical & product lifecycle management practices, and set overall product quality strategy for clinical, late-stage, and commercial biologics & small molecule programs. She is passionate about teaching statistics to the many dedicated scientists that she encounters in the CMC community.
