Kevin is a Compliance program expert, having spent nearly 20 years building and enhancing global pharmaceutical and medical device compliance programs. Kevin’s leadership roles at manufacturers of various size and maturity have included that of a Chief Compliance Officer, Healthcare Compliance Officer, International Compliance Officer, Canadian Compliance Officer, R&D Compliance Officer, and Global Privacy Officer. Kevin also spent a year as the Practice Leader of a leading Compliance Consulting Firm. Kevin has participated in US and foreign government investigations, settlements and implemented multiple US Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs). Kevin is committed to building Compliance programs that help companies achieve ambitious commercial objectives, while appropriately managing risk. Related to monitoring, Kevin has built and enhanced multiple programs. He introduced the TRACER program recognized in GSK’s landmark CIA. And most recently, his BPREP program was introduced to the Office of the Inspector General of HHS and contributed to the determination to not require a CIA in the Biocompatibles Criminal and Civil settlement. Prior to his work in Compliance, Kevin held roles in specialty hospital sales, global marketing, and corporate affairs at a large pharmaceutical manufacturer. Kevin and his family live in Wake Forest North Carolina.
