Kelly Tope

Previously, Kelly served as Director, Global Compliance: Transparency, Monitoring, Systems, Data, and Process Improvement at Zimmer Biomet.  Kelly joined the Biomet Compliance department in February of 2012 as a Manager, Transparency & Aggregate Spend.  She went on to hold the roles of Manager and then Director of Global Operations & Transparency at Biomet.  In 2015, Zimmer acquired Biomet and Kelly joined the new Zimmer Biomet Compliance organization as a Director on the US & Canada team, with responsibilities relating to general ABAC compliance, transparency, distributor/sales compliance, HCP arrangements, and compliance systems.  Kelly then took on her Global Director role within the Compliance Department.  Prior to her work at Zimmer Biomet, Kelly practiced health care, tax, and technology law at Lewis & Kappes, P.C. in Indianapolis.  Before practicing law, she worked as a consultant for Deloitte (Chicago), specializing in hospital revenue cycle redesign and electronic medical records implementation.  Kelly is married to Scott (2010) and has an eight (8) year old daughter, Genevieve.  The family keeps busy with travel, theatre, cooking, and Genevieve’s activities.
