I get it. The way we ran businesses five years ago doesn’t hold up today and AI is reshaping the rules faster than most leaders can keep up with. That’s where I come in.

I’m an AI consultant who works with CEOs and COOs of small-to-mid-size life science companies. My job isn’t to sell you on AI, it’s to help you see clearly: where it fits, where it doesn’t, what to prioritize, and how to take the next right step without overwhelm.

What makes my approach different: I bring 20+ years of Clinical Operations experience to every conversation. I’ve led strategic initiatives, managed teams and portfolios, driven process improvement, and navigated change management inside the kinds of organizations I now advise. I understand life sciences from the inside, not as an outsider trying to apply AI to an industry I don’t know. I’ve also started up my own AI Company, allowing me to lead with actual knowledge in this space. I’ve been in your shoes.

Sometimes my work looks like a strategy workshop to align your leadership team. Sometimes it’s a focused 3-6 month engagement to identify and implement your highest-impact use cases. Sometimes it’s just an honest conversation about whether you’re ready.
