An eye for detail and problem solving has helped gain a Validation Engineer II position with Telerx. When starting my career with Telerx I was an Account Representative working daily on taking inbound calls and working with the many computer systems. I have always had a passion for learning everything a computer program has to offer, and helping find ways to improve the systems. As an Account Representative I performed UAT on two programs. I was promoted to a Project Coordinator and next to a Project Manager within two years. My main focuses in these two positions were to mainstream processes in order to deliver better services for Telerx clients. I was brought into Validation for my ability to understand how computer systems function and how to communicate with both the Business solutions and Programmers. Since starting my role as a Validation Engineer I have successfully validated both GXP and Non-GXP computer systems.
