Kayla Woodlief is the Director of Stability & Data Analytics at Vir Biotechnology.  She has over 15 years industry experience in stability program management ranging from first-in-human clinical studies to post approval and lifecycle management.   Prior to joining Vir, Kayla led the Biologics Stability team at Biogen where she developed phase-appropriate stability strategies for clinical & commercial assets and leveraged risk-based predictive stability approaches for regulatory filings.  In addition, she was responsible for the establishment & management of release and stability specifications.  In her free time, Kayla enjoys travel, reading and baking.
