Jorge A. Cordero has over twenty-six (26) years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices and municipality industries in the technical services and management areas, including validation, engineering specification, and equipment design specification. He has been speaker for twelve (12) years for worldwide organizations like International Validation Technology (IVT) and KENX speaking in multiple location such as USA, Canada, and Europe. Major areas of expertise are commissioning and equipment qualification, process validation, CSV, cleaning validation, implementation of risk-based approach, aseptic process simulations, air visualization, temperature mapping, and sterilization processes among others. Currently, Mr. Cordero is working with Bausch + Lomb as Validation Manager and is member of the Bausch Health Validation Core team, this team oversees standardizing validation processes across all the Bausch Health Facilities for USA. Mr. Cordero holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (BSChE) and a Master’s in business administration with a Concentration in Global Management (MBA-GM).
