Jorge A. Cordero has over twenty (23) years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices and municipality industries in the technical services and management areas, including validation, engineering specification, and equipment design specification. Mr. Cordero has been speaker for nine (9) years for worldwide organizations like International Validation Technology (IVT) and KENX. Mr. Cordero had the opportunity to speak in USA, Canada, and Europe. Mr. Cordero’s major areas of expertise are commissioning and equipment qualification, process validation, CSV, implementation of risk-based approach, aseptic process simulations, air visualization, temperature mapping, and sterilization processes among others. Currently, Mr. Cordero is working with Bausch + Lomb managing the validation and metrology departments. In addition, Mr. Cordero is member of the Bausch Health Validation Core team, this team is in charge of standardizing validation processes across all the Bausch Health Facilities for USA. Mr. Cordero holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering (BSChE) and a Master in Business Administration with a Concentration in Global Management (MBA-GM).
