Joey Eckenfels is the Founder and Managing Director of Your Compliance Gurus (YCG), a consulting firm specializing in quality systems, audits, and regulatory strategy across highly regulated industries. With nearly two decades of experience in life sciences and complex compliance environments, Joey focuses on reducing operational risk by translating regulatory expectations into practical, defensible workflows. He is currently leading the development of YCG SmartAudit, an AI-assisted platform designed to stabilize human variability in audits and improve inspection readiness. Joey is also an Adjunct Professor in Arizona State University’s Masters of Regulatory Science program, where he teaches quality and regulatory strategy.
