Jessica has over 18 years of experience leading unique strategic initiatives for life science organizations ranging from building compliance programs in-line with the Dodd Frank Act, creating in-house materials risk management heat maps to align expectations up and downstream, leading integration teams in multi-year large scale acquisitions (20k+ employee) and enablement/implementation of validated systems and applications. Jessica is experienced in delivering large, complex projects through creative business solutions across Quality, Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance Shared Services functions. She analyzes business processes that are high risk or have diminishing/low value to target innovative and collaborative change within an organization. Jessica strategically builds cross functional teams to maximize expertise and technical knowledge; she manages the teams to drive scalable standardization of policies, business processes and technologies while minimizing the usage and impact on resources: growth without growing. Jessica excels at networking across organizations to ensure lasting collaboration and success through relationships and honest communication.
Ms. Sanchez earned her BA in English from Boston College, and an MBA in Strategy and Implementation from Boston University Graduate School of Management. She earned a certificate in Quality Engineering (CQE) and is a 6 Sigma Green Belt.
