Global Ethics & Compliance Officer, Cook Medical

Heather has over ten years of experience with ethics and compliance programs.  Her experience includes developing ethics and compliance programs focusing on performing risk assessments, drafting Codes of Conduct, implementing policy and procedure, creating training and communication, and monitoring and auditing to identify continuous improvement opportunities. In her current role, she is responsible for the global implementation and management of the Cook Global Ethics & Compliance Program.  Heather holds a BS degree in Chemistry from Southern Utah University, an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) with a health law focus from IU McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.
