Harsha Sripuram is a Senior Manager of IT Validation at Boston Scientific, bringing over 20 years of expertise in software quality and validation. He is a leader in developing and executing quality system processes within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

Since joining Boston Scientific in 2007, Harsha has played a pivotal role in the Manufacturing, Digital Health, and Global Software Quality teams. Currently, he is responsible for the validation of all enterprise applications, including SAP and MES. His role involves leading teams in validation efforts and implementing strategic quality initiatives. Recently, he pioneered a lean and agile validation approach for the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
