I specialize in making GenAI production-ready by designing OpenAI / LLM evaluation frameworks, automated AI validation pipelines, and governance models that ensure accuracy, relevance, consistency, and hallucination risk mitigation at scale.

In my current role, I lead global delivery, QA strategy, and GenAI quality initiatives, with accountability for revenue, margins, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction. I have built and led large global teams (100+), established TCoEs, and enabled automation-first, CI/CD-driven quality engineering across complex enterprise environments.

My GenAI work includes prompt evaluation, regression testing, output scoring, and continuous LLM validation using frameworks such as DeepEval and RAGAS, integrated into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). I partner closely with business, engineering, and legal stakeholders to support responsible AI adoption and governance.

I have held senior leadership roles at Vaisesika Systems Consulting, Orion Business Innovation, Capgemini, NTT DATA, EY, Wipro, Infosys, and Hexaware, delivering global programs across the US, India, ANZ, and Europe.
