Frederico Barbarossa

Federico Barbarossa is a biomedical engineer working at the intersection of clinical research and artificial intelligence. He is currently an R&D AI Engineer at Noldus Information Technology in the Netherlands, developing computer-vision and AI solutions for research applications. Previously, over five years as a Clinical AI Researcher and Principal Investigator at IRCCS INRCA (Italy), he led international, EU-funded clinical programmes across Italy, Norway and Romania. He has authored 25+ peer-reviewed publications in medical imaging and clinical study design.
