Dori Gonzalez-Acevedo is the Founder and CEO of ProcellaRX LLC and the creator of Decision Quality Intelligence (DQI), a practitioner-developed framework for building the conditions that make quality decisions conscious, defensible, and continuous in regulated digital systems.
For more than 25 years, she has worked at the intersection of validation, digital transformation, and quality leadership across pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. She is a keynote speaker at ISPE, KENX, SQA, and QA Healthcare events worldwide; Co-Lead of the ISPE Digital Validation Subcommittee; and co-author of ISPE’s Good Practice Guide on Digital Validation. Her work asks the harder question: not did we validate, but were we equipped to decide.
ProcellaRX delivers Decision Quality Intelligence through its enterprise solutions ArchiveFlow, ComplianceFlow, and ForgeRX, and through the Reinvention Lab — a cohort program for quality and validation leaders ready to lead differently. Her book, The Courage to Reinvent, publishes Fall 2026.
