Dawn Marshall (Tavalsky) is currently part of the Global Quality Site Support Team at Sanofi Pasteur, the vaccine division of Sanofi. In this role, Dawn utilizes her broad experience base from roles in manufacturing, technical support, environmental, education, engineering, maintenance, validation, quality control and quality assurance to work with a SWAT team of Sanofi experts on solutions and proactive improvements across the sites and around the globe. Dawn’s career experience includes Lieutenant US Navy (Nuclear engineering), pharmaceutical small molecule, biologics, vaccines, and devices. Dawn is recognized throughout the industry as a subject matter expert in validation including cleaning and sterilization, and in all aspects of sterility assurance.
