Market Strategy Manager
Chor Sing currently hold the position of Market Strategy Manager for Cytiva growth initiatives in sustainability and single use technology initiatives through partnering with key accounts in the growth region and evaluation of synthetic biology potential and COVID-19 disruption on biomanufacturing.
Since relocation from Melbourne, Australia to Massachusetts in 2017, Chor Sing role has evolved from Senior Application Leader to Senior Consumables Applications Leader for Cytiva. In this role, Chor Sing provided leadership and strategic guidance for product management team to improve user experience of single use technology offering from Cytiva. Chor Sing and his team were instrumental in securing and delivering some of major single use technology related capacity expansion projects of Cytiva strategic accounts.
Since joining Cytiva in 2010, Chor Sing has served in several business units and functions for Cytiva including leading single use technology Modality in Asia, strategic marketing for Enterprise Solutions and Downstream Bioprocess Application Specialist.
Chor Sing began his career at CSL Behring in Australia as a Senior Scientist. He supported process development and led the technology transfer activities of plasma fractionation process from pilot to GMP manufacturing.
Chor Sing received his Ph.D. degrees in chemical and biomolecular engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia with partnering with Massachusetts Institute of Technology to study a novel thermo-reversible biopolymer for protein separation.
