Compliance with over 18 years of experience in validating GxP computerized systems and ensuring data integrity for renowned organizations such as Organon, Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Allergan, Johnson & Johnson, and Getinge Group. She successfully led a 483 remediation effort for computerized systems at a manufacturing site, completing the remediation within 20 months. Additionally, she spearheaded the Quality and Compliance function for a greenfield ERP ecosystem implementation at Organon, completing the project in under three years, along with leading several other GxP application implementations.

Passionate about ensuring efficient validation of GxP IT applications, she resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children. In her free time, she loves to cook and spend quality time with her family.
