Carolina Zapata is the Process Development Manager at Agilent Technologies in the Order Fulfillment Group.  With over 15 years’ experience working on developing and validating test methods, equipment, software, and processes for IVD manufacturing, from pilot to commercial product launches.  She acts as a site business lead for global projects that have included Validation, Risk Management, Change Control, and business systems projects such as MES.  Her team works incorporates both process engineers and scientists to drive digitalization and continuous improvements for the business.  Carolina holds a B.S degree in Biochemistry from UCLA.
