Audrey Chang Ph.D.
Executive Director of Biologics Testing Solutions, Charles River
Audrey Chang Ph.D. earned her PhD in Biology at The Johns Hopkins University; Baltimore Maryland and has over 25 years of government and industry experience in conducting biological products testing and in managing laboratories. Her past experience include executive director of Global Development Services at BioReliance/Milliporesigma where she lead a team of scientific experts committed to providing technical, scientific, and regulatory guidance to the CDMO bioloigcs customers.
More recently, she headed up the QC and Analytical Development at Vigene BioSciences, a Charles River Laboratories, where she focused on the development of product characterization and testing programs for gene therapy products including AAV, Adenovirus and lentivirus vectors. In her current role as executive director of RightSource at Charles River Laboratory, she works with the team to provide biomanufacting testing servies at the manufacuter site for biological therapeutics including vaccines, blood products, monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, gene therapy products, cellular therapeutics. Audrey has always had a passion for driving high quality science that in the regulatory arena with a final goal of providing safe and effective biological products to the public.
