AJ has more than 11 years of experience in developing and executing end-to-end organizational change management and influencing leaders to promote business and technology-enabled adoption efforts. He designs change solutions with the view of people at its core.

AJ resides in Denver. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, fostering dogs, and spending time with family and friends.
