Andy O’Connor specializes in quality in uncertainty to support life-saving innovation. Focused on the adoption of AI across clinical and manufacturing environments (GxP-AI), he applies real-world risk principles to bridge the gap between innovation, regulatory risk, and patient safety. He is a founder of Phanero, a GxP-AI management platform designed for repeatable compliance at scale within complex life sciences organizations. Outside of the digital world, Andy is a volunteer with the Dublin-Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team in Ireland.
