I received my BS in Biology and Medical Technology from Indiana State University in 1985. I have over 35 years of pharmaceutical working primarily in QCL and Quality organizations. For the last 21 years I have worked for Eli Lilly & Company where I have held various roles. I am currently the Business Subject Matter Expert (BSME) for our LIMS system.  I am also the owner of the Global Stability Standard and Global Stability Coordinator.  As the Global Stability Coordinator, I over see the stability program worldwide to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines/expectations.
