Martin Kisselbach

Senior Manager / Head of Reliability Engineering

Senior Manager operating at the intersection of engineering, data analytics, and strategy, with a focus on reliability, maintenance digitalization, and data-driven maintenance strategies in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

I develop and implement solutions that translate technical process data into actionable decisions — ranging from condition monitoring and RCM approaches to Weibull-based lifetime analysis and the optimization of calibration and maintenance intervals. My work combines strategic initiatives (digitalization programs, global reliability forums, governance structures) with hands-on implementation of scalable monitoring architectures and advanced data analytics (e.g., Seeq, Python, Pandas).

My projects include the introduction of data-driven condition monitoring for critical production assets such as freeze dryers and autoclaves, as well as the optimization of more than 1,200 calibration points with measurable economic impact. In addition, I bring experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity from the industrial automation domain.

My objective is to help maintenance organizations evolve from reactive maintenance toward data-driven reliability management.
