Radwan Al Mofti

Radwan Al Mofti, PhD, is a Senior Quality and Regulatory Leader, professor, and founder and
principal consultant at TADA Consulting Inc., with over 20 years of experience in quality
management, GxP compliance, and QA/QC oversight across a wide range of regulated
environments. He has led enterprise quality systems, deviation and CAPA programs, inspection
readiness, and regulatory licensing activities for Health Canada, FDA- and EMA-regulated sites,
serving as Head of Quality across multiple organizations. Radwan is recognized for building a
Culture of Quality through science-based investigations, risk-based governance, and practical
GxP training, and he teaches postgraduate courses in quality, compliance, regulatory affairs, and
clinical research at universities and colleges.
