Sneha Saggurthi is the Quality Compliance Manager at Cartesian Therapeutics, where she oversees GxP training, internal audits, and external supplier quality across operations. She leverages operational excellence (OpEx) tools in conjunction with training strategy and compliance oversight to build sustainable contamination control programs and ensure sterile practices. Passionate about teaching the “why” behind regulatory expectations, Sneha focuses on empowering cross-functional teams with the knowledge and systems needed for compliance and performance. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member and Vice Chair for Young Women In Bio – Capital Region, helping bridge the gap between education and the life sciences industry.
