Karen Snyder

Karen began her ethics and compliance career in 2014 at Vertex Pharmaceuticals in the commercial legal department while attending law school at New England Law’s evening program. Since that time Karen has held roles at a global medical device company, Shire Pharmaceuticals in US Compliance, and then at Takeda in the Global Ethics and Compliance/Global Oncology business units. Karen is currently at MorphoSys in Boston as Associate Director in US Compliance overseeing their training program, managing their federal and state transparency requirements and business partner to their sales, marketing, and clinical nurse educator teams. Karen has a bachelor’s degree from King’s College in Pennsylvania and her J.D. from New England Law | Boston.
