A Staged Approach to
Achieving Operational Readiness

May 20th, 2021
11:00 AM — 12:00 PM EDT

In Part 1 of our series, we defined Operational Readiness for our industry and described the high-level approach to best achieve it.  In this session we will walk through the stages of actions needed to identify and control the operational issues that often occur post-startup.  The bulk of these actions are best performed within logical operational workstreams.  We will then describe how to bring these workstreams together for a site-wide operational readiness plan.

Takeaways from this session:

  • An outline and understanding of the staged approach to achieving readiness
  • A workstream-based model for developing and executing operational readiness plans
  • Categorical breakdowns of risk-control actions within each workstream
