Bill Gargano has served as our Group Senior Vice President of IT and Life Sciences Services Division since December 2020. Mr. Gargano has extensive international experience having lived and managed overseas operations in Asia, Europe, and South America.

Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Gargano served in various C Level and executive management positions at CGI, Collaborative Consulting, Taratec Development, and DMR. Mr. Gargano has over 30 years of management, operations, sales, and regulatory experience in the Life Science Industry and at the FDA.

In his spare time, Bill enjoys woodworking, jazz music, traveling, and science fiction.
