Roger is a driven manufacturing and logistics project manager and technical leader with extensive experience building and directing high-performing, cross-functional and global teams to overcome business challenges and deliver project goals.  He gained his initial experiences as a US Navy Surface Warfare Officer, with 29 years of leadership responsibilities in operations, engineering and staff planning, having served six tours as a Reserve Unit Commanding Officer and currently serving as the Reserve Director, Surface / Subsurface Warfighting Support and Deputy Chief of Staff, Admin and Manpower, Navy Reserve Unit – Commander Naval Forces Europe / Commander Naval Forces Africa.  In his civilian career, Roger has led manufacturing operations in hi-tech, heavy industrial, chemical, and has 13 years of pharmaceutical and medical device leadership and project management experience.  He has managed the entire change management life cycle, including design, implementation, problem solving, and optimization.  He’s currently leading the Computerized System Validation implementation of two QC systems, Environmental Monitoring and Laboratory Information Management System, at the Enterprise level for his client and deployed to six of their pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
