Raj Muthireddy is a distinguished leader in the medical device industry, bringing over 14 years of experience, with more than 7 years in leadership roles. Currently with the Global Software Quality team at Guardant Health, Raj is responsible for all aspects of software life cycle development. His role involves implementing strategic quality initiatives, establishing corporate policies, and setting standards related to software quality and cybersecurity. Raj’s leadership ensures that software lifecycles at Guardant Health are not only compliant with regulatory requirements but also agile, adding value through efficient software validation.

In addition to his expertise in software quality, Raj has extensive experience in risk management, manufacturing quality, and supplier quality. He is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), further underscoring his proficiency in driving process improvements and ensuring product excellence. With deep knowledge of ISO, FDA, and IEC standards, Raj has consistently led initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is recognized for his strategic insight, technical acumen, and ability to lead high-performing teams.
