This includes playing key roles in high pressured, cross-functional teams to achieve results while adhering to strict timelines in dynamic working environments. Paddy has experience in cleaning cycle development and optimization at a start-up level as well as in a steady state environment in Germany, the U.K. and Ireland. Along with this, Paddy brings experience in deviation investigation, identifying & implementing CAPAs, providing capable problem solving abilities.
