Khaled Moussally is EVP at Compliance Group, Inc., bringing nearly 30 years of experience in quality, compliance, and digital transformation across GMP-regulated life sciences. He specializes in Computer System Validation (CSV), risk-based Computer Software Assurance (CSA), digital validation, and global quality systems.
He’s a recognized industry leader, co-lead of the FDA-Industry CSA (FICSA) collaboration and a core contributor to FDA’s Final Guidance on CSA, plus a longtime member of the ISPE GAMP Americas Steering Committee, contributor to ISPE Good Practice Guides (including GAMP 5, 2nd Edition), and Chapter Lead for the 2025 ISPE Good Practice Guide on Digital Validation.
Before co-founding Compliance Group, he spent 20 years at Baxter Healthcare in senior leadership across IT Quality & Compliance, Manufacturing, and Quality Systems. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Automation) from Florida International University.
