Jesse Witten is a partner in the Washington office of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where his practice focuses on defending health care providers and medical device and pharmaceutical companies in False Claims Act investigations and litigation. He also counsels clients on health care fraud and abuse compliance issues. Mr. Witten has devoted a great deal of time over the past several years to compliance and enforcement matters relating to pharmaceutical company patient assistance and copay assistance foundations.
