Her career spans both industry roles and consultancy, providing her with a comprehensive perspective on the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector. She has a passion for critical and creative thinking, striving to develop strategies that enhance efficiency and simplicity. Jennifer excels in working with users to understand their needs, map out processes, eliminate wasted efforts, and streamline operations to ensure systems meet their requirements effectively. Her current passions include ServiceNow implementations, particularly the IT Change Management module, helping emerging companies implement foundational processes, and guiding clients as they modernize their approach to CSV. Outside of work, Jennifer loves crafting. She hosts monthly craft parties to make holiday wreaths, Christmas decorations, custom shirts, and other creative projects using her Cricut.
